So, we go in for a Tire service at 10:10 to get a tire rotation and an oil change. We are quoted an hour, which makes sense since this was a real basic job. As I type this, it's 2:20 pm, and the old oil is still in the car. I asked the owner/manager why it was taking so long (after 3 hours) and he went to find out. He told me that they didn't have the right size oil filter, and he said it will be 15 min. After ANOTHER hour, i told him that I keep seeing my car go up and down on the rack, and he said that they keep getting the wrong size filter. I then told him that that is no excuse and he should have let me know this a long time ago, and he said that he himself just found this out. No excuse, seeing as how he was wondering around outside the whole time and wouldn't really make eye contact with me after I had talked to him the first time. Then he told me that every now and then this happens to one car and that happened to be yours. Seriously! Is that supposed to make me feel better. This wasn't the only other time. Last time I went there it took 3 hours to put on brand new tires (I thought that was the fluke so I tried them again, WRONG DECISION. Now I try not to expect too much out of people, but really? 4 hours to rotate tires and do a simple oil change! I didn't even get the tires aligned. And after all is said and done, I got a half (hearted) apology and still had to pay $30. They clearly didn't care about me or my time. I can't even say that quality matters when it's just an oil change and a tire rotation, almost any one off the street should be able to do this in an hour. Granted my car is a newer VW GTI and not a Honda so maybe that could slow them down (for about a minute until they realize that all car oil filters are really just different sizes but the same basic idea)... Basically there are tons of places in the area to get this type of work done, so don't go here. Just let this horrible business die. If you look at the other comments, they are clearly from the owners or people who think it takes a skilled hand to attach lug nuts.... Just go to a jiffy lube or do the job yourself, it really is not worth your time. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Here are some places that would be a better bet in that they are not Pasillas: Firestone Tire & Service Centers 1099 S Green Valley Rd Watsonville, CA 95076 (831) 724-2013 Pajaro Tire Service 41 Porter Dr Watsonville, CA 95076 (831) 763-0424 Young's Tire Service 36 Porter Drive Watsonville, CA 95076 (831) 728-4282

Great prices! Owner is very friendly! My wife blew out two tires on seperate occassions; these were very expensive tires and I would say she could have avoided these accidents. Each time he replaced the tires without question for next to nothing. Deffinately recommend this business! Only issue I had was the follow up. The business seems somewhat unorganized and therefore they tend to drop the ball on notifying, lets say, when your car is ready. The problem is they are so damn busy! Seems everyone in town gets their tires here!
